Natalie Hatrak is a principal statistical data analyst—level 2 in the Research & Development division at ETS. She performs data analyses for the Standardized Testing and Reporting California Modified Assessment, Partnership for Assessment of Readiness for College and Careers, the WINSIGHT® test, the ELTeach program, and all products under the TOEIC® family of tests. She is currently conducting statistical analysis and providing technical and operational support to the English Language Proficiency Assessments for California.
She began her career in 2001 as a statistical assistant on the TOEIC program with Chauncey Group International. In 2003, the TOEIC program was bought back by ETS and she moved to ETS with her other TOEIC colleagues.
She earned a bachelor’s in mathematical science from Penn State University in 2001 and a master’s in educational statistics, measurement, and evaluation from Rutgers University in 2008.
